"Resilient Heart"

Many messages have been written about the global changes now taking place on this planet. As we each face the extremes of change both personally and globally, it is very important to utilize all the balancing techniques and therapies we trust. Extreme change is not an easy process so being patient with one's self is essential. Up's and down's, joy and sadness, hope and discouragement, trust and fear are all part of riding these waves of change.

With all these changes comes sensitivity. The psychic/intuitive body is closely aligned with our emotional body and that increases our emotional sensitivity. This is why we often feel moody, off balance, spacey, sleepy, overwhelmed, irritated or impatient. The vessel that you are is expanding to become a larger vessel for the flow of information, primarily on an intuitive level. Each stage of change requires us to adjust ourselves so that we remain open to further expansion.

Being empathic gives us insight into what others are feeling and this insight can assist us in guiding that person or group in positive ways. At the same time, being empathic can be challenging as overwhelm can occur creating imbalance. Clearing and grounding are important to reclaim personal balance and restore ones energy. Breathe, hydrate, rest, create healthy boundaries, say “no” when necessary. Be creative, relax in nature, remember gratitude for even the smallest of things. Remember that you are valuable and you count in more ways than is obvious. You are made of Light and Love.

For many people experiencing accelerated growth, the expansion of intuition heightens emotions, creating unfamiliar challenges. For those who are familiar with being empathic, we can offer comfort, normalcy and acceptance to ease the growth process. We can encourage the use of clearing and grounding techniques we are accustomed to using. We are all in this transformational process together just at different levels of experience.

Healthy boundaries are very important especially during these times. Whether it is with a personal friend or family member, a group, an organization, information outlets, etc., it is important to take care of our body, mind and spirit from negative energy. Attack energy can come in the form of directed anger, blaming, insulting, lying, projecting wrong doing, fear mongering and more. Paying attention to our energy field is critical to our health on all levels. Boundaries are often not comfortable as it can mean less contact and even no contact but that is a choice to make. Let kindness of heart lead the way.

In the face of extremes, remember hope. Remember gratitude. Remember your contribution of caring and kindness. Remember the value you are to family, friends and the world. Shine that Light of yours as it is significant. Your Light joins the field of Light that is divine presence.

The light that is within us strengthens our fortitude, our courage to face adversity. When we allow our hearts to open and expand, our capacity for compassion increases. Compassion is a vast, emotional force of transformational power. No act of compassion is too small or insignificant as it effects all aspects of life.

Let us focus with honorable intention on a desired positive result for our world. Our individual focus is amplified when joined with others of similar intent and the collective focus has the creative power to influence a positive effect. Lifting oneself or another out of the density of fear and constriction is an act of empowerment. It is love and compassion, caring and sharing that lifts us and propels us forward in unity.

We are here to offer our visions of harmony and cooperation to our home, our society and our world. We are here to create through our heart’s desire, a safe, consciously inspired world. We are here to create peace and dignity within the human race and to honor our homeland of Earth. As humans, we have a great capacity through our heart center to LOVE. With love, we can create a space for safe, joyful, uplifting changes to occur. This is our moment to choose wisely.
